Well, let's have a conversation first. The initial call is a free meet and greet. We will discuss the foundations of what you need to have a successful race, your goals and how to achieve them, and how Todd can help make that happen. Typically this phone call takes 15 minutes. During this time, we will also review fees and payments moving forward. The subsequent encounter, whether by phone or video chat, is where we get to the nitty-gritty. This hour-long conversation is when the race and services are discussed in greater detail to ensure a successful race. From there, consultations will be based on your specific needs.
